The double hung windows are 400 Series Woodwright windows that provide a classic look with modern performance. The specialty windows are a combination of A-Series as well as 400 Series shaped windows. To provide a consistent appearance, the ‘dog house’ casement windows have a check rail and grilles that match the double hung windows on the home’s front elevation.

A unique feature can be found in the pool cabana where the builder used a 6 foot by 4 foot Andersen MultiGlide door as a pass-through window. This multi-functional window occupies less space than an open door but still offers ample convenience, ventilation and natural light.
